2011 Dance ETC Fort Worth Photos

Your pre-paid photo voucher will essentially give you credit for the items you already paid for ( see your email).   It's pretty easy, just be ready to copy and paste the voucher code.  That will happen in the shopping cart on the page where you enter your address info.  It is called a  Pre-Paid Photo Voucher.

In a moment, you will go to the gallery and select anything you wish. 
If you SELECT ONLY the items that you pre-paid, then you will owe nothing else.
For example, if your email states that you pre-paid for 1 Basic Package and 1 5x7 Class Photo, and 1 normal shipping up to $4, and you select ONLY those things...then  when you apply the voucher code (copy and paste)...your balance will be 0. Your photos will come in the mail within a few days.

BASIC PACKAGES - there are 7 different combinations to choose from, labeled Basic Package A-G.  Choose any that you want.  You already paid $18 ($16 on-line)  per outfit, and that includes:

  • * the photo session itself

  • * AND your FIRST basic package prints (worth $8)

  • * AND sales tax.

Any additional basic package that you buy at this time only costs $8 (incl sales tax) 

IF you choose a LARGE Package, or a digital Hi-Res file, or a magnet, or whatever, instead of the basic package, then the corresponding dollar amount will be credited, so you only pay the difference.

IF you choose additional OTHER items on top of your pre-paids, then you only pay the difference.

IF you want an 8x10 Class Photo,  then you will only pay the difference of $3.

IF your shipping is more than $4, which will only happen if you choose more than the basic pre-paids, you will only pay the difference.

PROGRAM AD PHOTOS - don't forget about this feature. 

    1. IF you would like to use one of your dance photos for your program ad, you will be able to do so.
      We have until the 6th to submit photos to the printer, and I will send directly to Maureen.  When you view your photos, you will be able to choose one of 3 options to make this happen...all options are PER IMAGE.  Again, you will have to do this by June 2nd.
      1. Hi-Resolution Digital Image - as always, you can choose to download a hi-res file to keep and use it however you want.  Unlimited printing rights.  You will however have to deliver (by email) the photo to the printer yourself.  Cost: $27.
      2. Hi-Resolution Digital Image AND delivery to printer - just like the first option, except that I will deliver the photo to the printer  for you.  You still can download the file for yourself and have unlimited printing rights, so there is basically a slight additional charge for me to handle delivery to the printer.  Cost: $32.
      3. One Time Use for the Program Ad - in this case, I will deliver a photo straight to the printer, but you will NOT receive a copy of the digital file.  You can still order whatever you wish in the way of prints, cut-outs, magnets, etc.  Cost: $14.

The prices you see prices will remain in effect thru June 30 - they will go up on July 1.  The minimum prices then will be $11. The voucher never expires, but the current prices do.

SO, you are about to view your photos and make selections.  This process is being done through a third party, Exposure Manager.  That company will actually handle the order process, print your photos, and mail them to you.  The advantages to doing it this way is primarily speed - you'll receive your photos within just a FEW DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER!!  Another advantage is that they have a multitude of products like key tags, luggage tags, mugs, tote bags, and much more!  The option to purchase hi-res digital files is also there and you can simply download it (them) after payment per the instructions you will receive.
